If I won $1,000,000,000 I'd have to find someone who knows how to give it to the needy. First thing would be I would contact our church community.

@helenS That's the worst thing to do... Ever so many years Churches have been unable to solve the problems of the needy .. and your 1 billion is going to save it. Of course every pastor / father or whoever, is always in needy of money.
