how do you deal with people who play 'mind games'

i often found that women are the culprits at doing this, playing head games....for example, she insinuates something which isn't true on my post, but she is trying to imply it is true, when it isn't true....i'm very touchy and sensitive about things like this and find it hard to ignore...because i get angry.

anyhow what's the best way to respond to situations like that?

If you get angry, the best is not to respond. Once things are said in anger there are no take backs. If she does it often it may be time to cut her loose, she doesnt respect boundaries.
