Solace are proving to be a waste of time
Solace was a charity I was referred to.
They have called me a few times initially to get me signed up then appointed to someone.
The person has called and not really given me clear details as to the help she can offer.
She claims I have to consent to help first, so I did.
I started a risk assessment with her but as she knew I had an appointment she said she'd call back to complete it.
I waited for the call the only for her to call 20 mins before another appointment. She then starts on all this you have got to agree to take our help, and what do I need them to do to support me? Erm we haven't got to that stage, how would I know?
She rescheduled for 10am today and it's 10.14am... I'm waiting!
