what do you do when you have a 'dodgy' taxi service where you are

i have to get a taxi somewhere important tomorrow, i can't get out of it....but the problem is there's only really one taxi firm where i live, they are foreign owned....and i've had a few bad experiences using their taxis, with certain taxi drivers.....one taxi driver months ago when i was going to the dentist, swerved in the middle of a busy road and was argumentative with me.........and i have severe anxiety in public, so it's not easy for me to deal with situations like that.

as i said i have to get a taxi tomorrow, i don't drive and they are a shady taxi firm, so what am i gonna do?

how will i deal with tomorrow? i have to go see my mental health team for a meeting.
