If u asked someone if they’ve children and they replied “none of ur business”…how’d u react?

Depends on how they would say it. If they acted overly defensive, I'd go quiet and wouldn't try to initiate any conversation with them any further.
if it was half-jokingly and while laughing I'd shrug, laugh too and switch to another subject.
