Example you watch a accident on your way home do u stop to help or move on ..no don't judge people if they move on as bad, cause lots of country's have stupid legal hassles n hence people want to avoid it..so what do you do.?

I have. More often, if there doesn't appear to be life threatening injuries and/or an immediate threat, I call the accidents/incidents in to local authorities.
