is anyone else here frightened of seeing your doctor

i have an appointment tomorrow with my doctor, he's a lovely friendly doctor...but i'm just terrified what i'm being summoned in to see the doctor for? when the receptionist rang me she just said it was routine and regarding a letter...i had my bloods done weeks ago, some blood tests and an ECG...so i'm not sure if its because of that?

but either way i'm really scared in case somethings wrong with me and thats the reason why they want to see me....i've just started a new psychiatric medication, an antipsychotic....and my parents think its probably because of that........but i'm in limbo and it's the unknown until i go tomorrow to find out..

does anyone else have thoughts or been in this position like me?

So what if there is something wrong with you! Would you rather go through life not finding out what it was, or would you rather your doctor tell you about it right now, especially if there's nothing actually wrong with you!
