Would u have ended a friendship over this?

Ange is living with a rich guy who supports her. She is 45 and not working. Call me intolerant, but I don’t like that type of female. I like them strong and independent. She apparently sensed that and lied about it…and when I confronted this new friend, saying she lives in an expensive neighborhood, she said she told the truth. End of story.

I don’t always agree with my friend’s life choices and they don’t always fit with my own values. However I don’t judge them for it. You never really know what someone’s going through. I prefer strong independent women as friends too. However some are with men due to finances and I wouldn’t stop being friends with them because of that. How does it impact you what she does?

@Notladylike I’m a feminist, ok? I believe women should be independent. I don’t respect her type. I didn’t tell her that, but I ended it…besides she is going back to Korea…maybe won’t return.
