I was just introspecting about feelings and how both excess in repression and excess in indulgence can magnify them, making the claim that one never experiences hatred ,Or the excessive hateful exchanges equally detrimental.
Same applies to other emotions.. being always happy or never experiencing happiness.
I think we are complete, even in those extreme states. Our ability to access the contentment is impaired for variety of reasons.
