What would you do if you were being slowly poisoned in doses so small it was not easily found by a doctor so no one believed you?

This is happening to me currently. We have birds and the bird dander is everywhere in the house. I keep hoping they will all die but it seems they will live longer than me. My coughing is getting steadily worse.
