What would you do if you were being slowly poisoned in doses so small it was not easily found by a doctor so no one believed you?

I'm afraid most of us are.. 😅 With food we regularly buy in stores.

Okay, if I'd think someone was trying to poison me, I'd go as far as possible from that person.
