1979. I’d broken my nose (3rd time), this time in a college wrestling match (vs high school). The Dr said I should have the deviated septum repaired surgically. The “medication” after would be cocaine. I just looked at him like, “wtf?”.

I declined the surgery. You can buy the “medication” anywhere. 😂
