Yes, I did read the question and it's perfectly understandable to me.

If I'd been living with artificial memory my whole life and didn't know it, but then was told that my memory had been implanted and wasn't real, then like I said, nothing would change because ALL that I would know, would be what was stored within that implanted memory which I'd been living with all my life which ALL of my apparent experiences had been built around.
