What is so unethical it should be illegal?

Plastic surgery when it’s reached the point where what a person clearly needs is psychological help. Those surgeons should have their licenses revoked.

@OlderSometimesWiser That’s an example of more money than sense, because only a wealthy person could get a doctor to risk his or her license doing that.
