When was the last time you had nothing left to lose?

Nov 2020. Now we are screwed until Jan 2025 when Trump comes back.

I was busted flat in Baton Rouge.

I was 19, stuck living with my parents, and commuting at least an hour every day to college, because of inflation and the cost of living crisis. I had no friends. I didn't know how to make more either. My life was a boring mundane hellhole, and I was so burnt out and depressed from living with my parents that I was almost failing all of my classes.

This morning when I woke up

When I had a sense of privacy and security and a future in this world, there was a [i]lot[/i] left to lose. But, with conditions being what they are these days, that's changed. In a world where we're treated like cattle, lied to, betrayed by our own governments, there's not much left to lose.
