How one thinks one might be a part of that--and what might fill that yawning void of time--says a lot about not only one's most cherished notions, but also whether or not one has truly thought of the enormity of what that word means.
To me, eternity is a state of being experienced outside of the body, and, sometimes IN the body, if enough of one's resistances are dropped. It can be experienced in meditation, if one can go deeply enough. There's a timelessness about it. Eternity is timeless and formless. There's no physicality.
