what do you do

when people leave a place you enter...today i went to a cafe with someone, my social worker and it wasn't long before the few women who were in the cafe to get up and leave? it made me feel self conscious and i thought why is that? do i have the plague or i'm being socially ostracized or am i taking things too personally?

i'm a male aged 46.

In actual fact, other people spend a lot less time noticing others than you think then do.. They are too concerned about whether you notice them..😷
