What would you do in this situation? You have a phone interview for a job at 2pm. You wait and nobody ever calls. Now what?

Literally me today. I set it all up with the guy yesterday and he was supposed to call today at 2pm but never did. I sat on the couch and waited for 10 minutes past before I said screw it and went to the gym. Nobody ever called me. Honestly in my opinion I say bullet dodged. I'm not chasing you down if you forget maybe it's a red flag and shows disorganization and chaos in the workplace.

Lots of businesses doing this nonsense today.
The idea that this is a good way of interviewing potential employees shows how little they care

@Picklebobble2 It's lame on their part because I doubt many candidates are going to hunt them down. They'll probably be like me and say ok next. If something happened and we need to reschedule then please let me know. It's rude for me to put my entire day on hold to wait around.

@FutureIdol Apart from anything else it's discourteous and gives them an unwanted reputation for being unreliable and untrustworthy.
You may have dodged a bullet there
