And all I hear about is how many people dont want to work. I would suggest emailing them. Saying, it looks like you failed to follow through with the interview. I have chosen to go with other options.

Lots of businesses doing this nonsense today.
The idea that this is a good way of interviewing potential employees shows how little they care
FutureIdol · 31-35, M
@Picklebobble2 It's lame on their part because I doubt many candidates are going to hunt them down. They'll probably be like me and say ok next. If something happened and we need to reschedule then please let me know. It's rude for me to put my entire day on hold to wait around.
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
@FutureIdol Apart from anything else it's discourteous and gives them an unwanted reputation for being unreliable and untrustworthy.
You may have dodged a bullet there

10 min isn't very long to wait. Either call them or move on.

Maybe he checked your social media and past jobs and decided you mite not fit
TheRascallyOne · 31-35, M
Call him the next chance you get
Id call them or send an email saying that you appeared for the interview but that it didn't happen and would like to reschedule.

Well, that's if I really wanted the job.
