Amazing how a (well known, established) company will receive your money with no problem, but when it comes to a return, it's a hassle...

I ordered shoes online around black Friday. They did not fit so I went online to try and return them.
I pull up the online returns page, type in the order number, and only two out of the 4 shoes that I ordered are coming up to be able to return.

I did not miss the return window, so I don't understand why I can't send them back the same way I ordered them.

I call customer service, waited 20 minutes for them to tell me I cannot do an online return for reasons still unknown. They sent me an address different from the store I purchased it from, and said I could return it there.

So how are they going to know to give me my money back, since nothing will have been processed online or by phone? He couldn't explain that either.

Guess I'll make the ridiculous, 30 minute drive back to the store, and never buy from them again. A hassle to return the completely unworn, unused items.

Before someone says " 30 minutes isn't a long drive". It is to return some damn shoes!
