[c=804600]i take things very personal, i have a personality disorder that's why...and sometimes, when i go out, i get it into my head that people are against me...like today i walked past some chinese women who were laughing among themselves and i thought they were laughing at me and i felt very angry...

how can i deal with this when i think people are against me sometimes?[/c]

If you know this is your Achilles heel, then maybe a possitive mantra to say to yourself in times of vulnerability, to remind yourself where you WANT your thinking to be?🤷‍♀️
ie: "let it go "
" its all ok"
"only my path matters"
"Freedom and light "
"Forget the talking , keep walking"...
...something that resets your thinking out of its groove.

We all tend to indulge ourselves to think others are thinking about us.
When in reality , rarely anyone does that .
We all think about ourselves.

@OogieBoogie thanks for the helpful advice.

This is just a thought....

Self confidence is important and you need to work on that... so that you wouldnt care even if they were actually laughing at you....

@Soossie i thought you made an important point, if i had self confidence i probably wouldn't care either way.
