What do you think would go through your mind in such a situation ?

You view a certain race/nation of people to be inferior for whatever reason. One day you need heart surgery to replace your heart. All goes well and you are happy with your new heart. Then you discover that the heart beating in your chest and keeping you alive comes from a person from the nation that you dislike so much.
