this is a brilliant question..one that i had never thought of before..im not racist at all but it does make you wonder if you had been given a body part from someone who is not from the same ethniticy as yourself how you would feel...strange is how i would imagine
Wraithorn · 51-55, M
Yes, I should imagine that it would be strange for the rest of one's life. It would surely cause a bit of mental conflict unless you learned forgiveness.

That would never happen to me. I'd rather die than take a heart or an organ from a white supremacist. I have values. They do not. It's not like they have much to offer anyway.
Wraithorn · 51-55, M
Fair enough, but what if you only found out afterwards. It would be freaky to have their heart pumping your blood around your body wouldn't it ?

As far as I know it is not possible to donate organs to only one race of people. So if a white supremacist had donated his heart then maybe it was a last attempt at love.

I will return the heart. Lol. I don't think it's the heart that defines a person. So as long as it's beating I will be happy

It could cause a bit of mental conflict though couldn't it ?

@Wraithorn: I think it depends on the person and their perception on how they feel about being given the second chance at life or where the heart comes from even worse who's heart it comes from.

You would be profoundly grateful to this person who gave you a part of themselves that allowed you to live.
