How can I talk to you

I get messages from people who just keep putting hi or hello continously.

Another person said I could tell them any problem I have. So I did.

I got frustrated with the answer

By chatting normally as with friends unless the person is being difficult, it’s not easy for some to chat, answer questions but also ask, lead the conversation to other topics!
