Negative Effects Of Wearing Eyelid Glue?

I have very small eyes....
should I use it? what's the negative effect of it?

Don't use it... Do you want chemicals in your eyes? There's nothing wrong with small eyes.

no I don't it's on eyelid not in eyes though.
