Do you get your water heater serviced & flushed every year?

It helps maintain your unit since it helps flush out any sediments & build-up.

@Justenjoyit Hmmm how old is your water heater?
Justenjoyit · 61-69, M
@marsbar I have a water heater combined with a boiler its 6 years old, it has a storage tank, but I dont think I have too flush it out, hope not lol, normal life span for that combination is 25 years.

@Justenjoyit Both tank & tankless water heaters should be flushed if you want them to last longer.

@marsbar I just remembered I have a plastic bottle underneath the boiler where the pipes are, and that catches the sediment, I empty that once a year.
