Would i be able to put this tv tripod on cinder blocks to make it higher ?

Im just worried about the 45 pound tv making the cinder block tip

a couple hundred pounds should be nothing to a cinderblock, so long as it's lowered slowly. but I think it'd look pretty awful as furniture.
