Why is it that the older i get it seems like the more impatient i am when playing video games

When i was younger i used to take my time in missions and stealth kill enemies like in splinter cell metal gear or the last of us, now i just go in and kill everyone and dont bother with the gratification of doing it cleanly. What could that be from just getting older ?
