Do you think we focus more on bad news than good news in our society?

Yes. As humans we're programmed to pay more focus on the bad than the good, for survival, for fight or flight.
But our evolution hasn't caught up to the fact that we do not need such a level of hypervigilance.

@SW-User exavtly. We aren't evolved to handle the amount of world happenings we are exposed to with the highly efficient media we have. Our minds never were developed to know every tragedy that happened in the world today and be able to sort out what that means for us in our tiny communities.

@MethDozer Agreed. And even worse, we don't know how to shake off all the tragedy coming at us that we're not prepared to handle. And it mushrooms into something very ugly. I mean we see the effects all around us.
