When do u say enough is enough?

I feel like I'm plagued with bad luck. Every time something good happened I get double bad. I lacking funds which is almost everyone right now. I have a plumbing issue we can't resolve our selves and we both just cries after trying what we felt was out last resort. I would like to wake up and things just start to get better. 😞😭
