Can antidepressants cause paranoia?

Someone I know just started taking them and suddenly thinks they are being watched and everyone is out to get them 😟

How old is this someone? I started feeling that way all of a sudden: paranoid, depressed, mood swings.... schizophrenia hit me out of the blue like a ton of bricks

@Nebula you may want to gently direct your friend to seeking help. Be very gentle and cautious because she or he may become violent.
