Not sure what to make of it...

I open my front door to find a stick that had been carved and 3 different flowers taped to it...🧐 When I asked for a sign for good things to come I am not sure I meant that... It was pretty though.

@SW-User I have no clue. This is not the first time something weird like this has happened. A few years back some person put a dead mouse in my car then 2 tires in front of my door.
