So the seller says "I don't wanna fix it because of liability." 😳 Its like what now? You realize the house could burn like right now with the electrical issues it has right? 🤦♀️

@MasterLee The electrical quote alone was that much, you add on excavation of the crawl space that has a bit of mold you already at 7500 minimum. Its sad really.
