People never cease to confuse the hell out of me...

So the seller says "I don't wanna fix it because of liability." 😳 Its like what now? You realize the house could burn like right now with the electrical issues it has right? 🤦‍♀️

@Picklebobble2 Our realtor contacted their's and let them know if they don't do shit we walking, then they have to put sold as is... which right now would hurt them since they buildin a new house.

@Picklebobble2 Yeah, I am looking at a few others that I like. Unfortunately though the area I am looking its more like the sellers market. Houses being snatched up quickly.
