@goldenorchid We had those also here at first, then we started fining them (you know, to keep the economy running) and the most of them disappeared lol
There's been also a governor who proposed the use of flamethrowers, which might've sensitized the public opinion a bit on the matter, too.

@walabby so it cannot be stored but can be ploughed back into the ground and used as food for the following crop.
