Restaurants are a necessity; especially for couples to break away from the daily drudgery of preparing meals & cleaning up after them.
So I certainly hope they will be back in business as soon as possible.
Bars, on the other hand, are needed about as much as a railroad spike to the head! They breed ill-feelings in a relationship & drunkenness leads to more divorces than infidelity.
So, those I hope stay locked for a long, LONG time!

some will, others will have had to close. The toll on the banks because of foreclosures will be so great that I believe they will work with people to get them back on their feet to avoid bankruptcy. This issue is no one's fault.

Pubs clubs bars cafes and restaurants are likely to be the last places to re-open simply because you can't put the 'social distancing' measures in place in those kinds of environments.

After it ends, yeah. Not as soon as lockdown is going to be lifted and there still is a risk of spreading.

Banquets will be held,and alcohol severely guzzled.Profits will go through the ceiling!

They're already giving takeout and delivery....so yeah.
