What are your thoughts on gun-related violence in the USA? What changes would you like to see?

In March last year New Zealand suffered a mass shooting.

The gutless white-supremacist piece of trash used a military-style assault rifle.

After the murders it took us just 16 days to ban all semi-automatic weapons and all military-style assault rifles, and to introduce harsh penalties for anyone found in possession of such weapons.

The government bought the weapons from the owners in a nation-wide buy-back scheme
