What are your thoughts on gun-related violence in the USA? What changes would you like to see?

I think we should look more to help people with mental illnesses. Because banning guns is stupid. People will still get guns elsewhere even if guns are banned. That's called the black market. People love to pretend mental illnesses are not a real thing or aren't a problem and that is disgusting. We should help these people so that they don't become insane and go around shooting people. The UK has to deal with acid attacks and stabbings. If guns here got banned, then may as well ban cars and ban cutlery too since those can also be used to kill people. May as well ban screwdrivers, too.
