In England, ordering an omelette & coffee, waiting 40 minutes for the coffee, then 20 minutes later having the waitress come out and tell me, "the omelette pan is broken".

I had to wait over an hour for my food and it was cold when I got it. There was also a pickle in the drink of one of the other people I went with.
