How to kick someone out without feeling bad?

So originally it was supposed to be me, my best friend, and his girlfriend here. Well, when we got our trailer, BOTH of their mothers moved out. Eventually the girlfriend's mom moved in. Then she came back. My friend's mom had her best friend move in with us since she got food stamps. We never really approved. His mom got kicked out though because she was doing drugs. So now it's me, my best friend, his girlfriend, her mom, and his mom's best friend. We have no attachment to this lady. But she has nowhere to go. She gets food stamps but barely contributes anything that's not soda. I want her gone but I feel bad because i know she cries and I can't take it in my heart. We all seem to be refusing to address this. I don't know how to not be so scared.

oh, i'm afraid you're going to feel bad if you tell her to go, no matter what, and that she will definitely try to make it worse so that you might change your mind. but, you'd also feel bad if she stayed.

after she's been gone for a while, you'll feel much better, though.

just get everyone together presenting a united front and confront her with the news. don't make it personal, and don't back down no matter what she says or if she cries. she has no recourse but to find her next crash pad, and she can do it just as easily as she found y'all.
