How to kick someone out without feeling bad?

So originally it was supposed to be me, my best friend, and his girlfriend here. Well, when we got our trailer, BOTH of their mothers moved out. Eventually the girlfriend's mom moved in. Then she came back. My friend's mom had her best friend move in with us since she got food stamps. We never really approved. His mom got kicked out though because she was doing drugs. So now it's me, my best friend, his girlfriend, her mom, and his mom's best friend. We have no attachment to this lady. But she has nowhere to go. She gets food stamps but barely contributes anything that's not soda. I want her gone but I feel bad because i know she cries and I can't take it in my heart. We all seem to be refusing to address this. I don't know how to not be so scared.

You might be in her shoes one day. Can’t you help her get a place?

@Spoiledbrat Not much I can do other than say look at the homeless shelters. My friend's girlfriend's mom, that's what she did when she left, just went to the homeless shelter.

She's forty years old and can be on her home or ask someone she really knows. She doesn't pay rent and doesn't even give us food and I have to feed her as well. I just don't know how to block my heart and be "that" ass hole.
Maybe she can move in with her daughter or best friend once she gets squared away. @ManicMicah
