Why do so many young people refuse to wear a coat in cold weather?
I see so many young men and women wearing only hoodies when the temperature is as low as [b]20°F[/b]. I don't get it 🤷🏻♀️.

I did that when I was in high school up until my mid-twenties.I only wore a winter coat when it was snowing.I wore my denim jacket otherwise.
