Why do so many young people refuse to wear a coat in cold weather?

I see so many young men and women wearing only hoodies when the temperature is as low as [b]20°F[/b]. I don't get it 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I don’t wear a coat either unless I will be staying outside. I don’t want to drive in it and have to put it on and off. I don’t like feeling confined so I layer if I’m going to the stores.

@Keepitsimple That's understandable, especially if your car or the place you will be in has good heat.
