@StraCat what makes butt grabbing more or less serious than shoulder rubbing?

@GardenSage One is considered a private area and the other is a shoulder. Ok I get the whole personal space and consent thing, but to say a butt grab is the same as a shoulder rub is just not accurate.

So explain why “one is considered” and the other is not?

@GardenSage Well if i tap someone on the shoulder to get their attention, for example, odds are it wouldn't be an issue. If I tapped on their booty, odds are there would be an issue lol. The point is certain body parts are considered socially acceptable to touch depending on the context. The butt is never socially acceptable to touch under any circumstances unless consent is given. That's really the difference.
