Do you entrepreneur or worked in others people company?

I am thinking to be entrepreneur since I am too tired worked in someone else company. But I realize it's not easy because I felt down sometime.perhaps i can hear stories from people here how did you established sustain company.

I've always worked for someone else. I've had thoughts about running my own business....but never felt I had the financial security while raising my family. I may go into a more consulting type of role as my kids go to college...but most likely will stick with another company until I retire. I have great respect for those that have the discipline and drive to run their own.

@FigNewton yes it is. Eventhough I still work on someone else company because I need money to build my own company. It's still baby. But since I felt so tired work on someone else dream so I starting to build my own.
