Do you entrepreneur or worked in others people company?

I am thinking to be entrepreneur since I am too tired worked in someone else company. But I realize it's not easy because I felt down sometime.perhaps i can hear stories from people here how did you established sustain company.

It's harder than working for someone else!

There's NO guaranteed paychecks.
You can't call in sick!
You can't take vacations!
You can't be down because your customers won't understand.
There's paperwork, taxes, licenses, fees, bills, rent, employees, and many hard hours of work!
Sometimes if you're lucky your customers will pay you on time!
There's no guaranteed profits.
