Do you entrepreneur or worked in others people company?

I am an entrepreneur for over two decades .. and never went back to employment... there have been numerous ups n downs .. but I had the determination and have accumulated a lot of creative n intellectual wealth, that I know someday will reap great benefits. I was able to do many things which I could not have achieved while being in employment. But the greatest problem is lack of company .. nobody to drive us .. and all to be handled on our own .. So we need a lot of self initiative and drive to be afloat.

Do feel free to discuss options and perhaps I can give you some do's n don'ts .. and how you can go for a smooth transition .. Also depends on the industry you are in and how it works.. or you wish to get into trade or business ..
