Do you entrepreneur or worked in others people company?

I am thinking to be entrepreneur since I am too tired worked in someone else company. But I realize it's not easy because I felt down sometime.perhaps i can hear stories from people here how did you established sustain company.

I've had my own business about 12 years now and it's a lot of work and hours but I wouldn't have it any other way.
My Dad helped me finance equipment, a good book keeper and the like so I don't have to worry about the little things. He also had his own business.
Get's old working for others!
