Lonely people of SW, how do you deal with your loneliness?

I hardly ever feel lonely bc I have rich inner resources...the rare occasion I do feel lonely is when i’m around the wrong ppl.

i get it too. i work from home and i am kind of isolated. i joined a couple of groups and i have lots of hobbies which helps

One minute at a time.

I Don't have time for loneliness, my life is too busy. Working in medical, having my own buisness, and having a son, and soon going back to school, voluntering in homeless shelters and community gardens my plate is full. I have to deal with not having enough time in a day, and finding sometime to be alone.

Distractions

Sleep

I contemplate suicide and then get drunk to wash away the feelings of despair and inadequacy.

I come here and spend time with friends, write my thoughts, and sometimes irritate people.
