Why is this number with an area code 931 keeps calling me and sending me voice messages?

It's a telemarketer asking me for my social security number, I blocked the number and it keeps calling me from the same area code in different numbers.

I just got a call from 316-252-2817 but they left no message. When I called the number back I got a recording that it was a non working number. I KNOW it's the techs from India and Pakistan.🙄 [i][b]Weirdos. [/b][/i]
